What happened

Parcel never arrived when it was due. Tried to contract Hermes and did not get past originated system. All it keeps saying was I did not get that please try again after about 6 t attempts it hung up.

An answer to why my parcel has not been delivered and she it will be delivered

What happened

Four missing parcels and no way to get in touch with MyHermes. Unsure what to do next as my customers still want their orders but cannot afford to dispatch them all again without compensation from MyHermes for losing them.

What I wish had happened

I would like to get a response from MyHermes customer support that is helpful. Their bot is useless, as is their phone line, and no one replies to emails or tweets.

What happened

Every single time I order something that is delivered by Hermes I get this message "your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address". What they actually mean is they are simply too lazy or don't employ enough staff. Give a proper reason for being late or at least be honest.

What I wish had happened

Deliver on time. Failing that give a reasonable and timely explanation of why you cannot do so.
