What happened

Three parcels out of three have been damaged by their delivery driver over the past month resulting in £71 goods lost or damaged.

What I wish had happened

Hermes to take responsibility for their actions instead of fobbing me off with endless placatory emails between people.

What happened

No parcel was delivered. Can’t get ahold of anyone from Hermes apart from one email stating that the courier delivered it to the occupants in person (which was impossible as nobody was in). No photo evidence just gps showing the van was in the vicinity.

What I wish had happened

At least have some real customer service to talk to.

I sent a parcel they said they lost it then on tracking it said being sent back to me then they said can take 2 weeks for that now saying lost again then said it wasn’t scanned for return

What I wish had happened

That they sent it or told us the truth did they find it or not and we’re it could have gone to as was picked up and scanned
