What I wish had happened

They should have refunded my deposit as early as possible and left me knowing that they are a great company that I could trust with future holiday purchases & recommend to my friends and family.

What happened

We have a holiday booked to fly on 18th July. We are still awaiting our travel documents. I have been emailing several times a day and still not had a response, I now do not know what to do as these documents should be sent out 10 to 14days before departure.

Would like Villa plus to answer my emails and reassure me that my holiday is still available and the flights will take place

What happened

Will not refund. I had to cancel my villa booking as Spain was shut down by FCO. Villa plus took a 60% cancellation fee and left me out of pocket. I had no option but to cancel. This shoddy behaviour was apprehended by CMA and Which? so they they then said that they would refund anyone affected by...

What I wish had happened

That they keep to their word and follow through on their so called good will gesture.
