Ordered an item from the Amazon website and they sent the wrong item to me on contacting their customer service department all they did was to offer a refund and suggest that I reorder the item did that and they made the same mistake again by sending out the wrong item .

That after contacting Amazon that they would resolve the issue and send out the correct item.

I bought a product on their marketplace and thought it was poor quality so decided to return it. I tried multiple times to do this via the normal routes but the vendor was not responding. When I raised it directly with Amazon, they also experienced an unresponsive vendor so they refunded me direct...

It made me feel that I can trust Amazon to do the right thing... even if their vendors don't! And I am a more loyal customer as a result
