Applied for a refund after receiving the refund code however it has now been 7 weeks and we are yet to receive it

To get the refund, as we have waited long enough to receive this and have heard of people who was meant to be going after us receiving it already

What happened

Holiday was booked for 22nd April to Disneyland Paris, over 3 months later no refund and just given excuse after excuse, my bank details was given 8 weeks ago and refund apparently issued!!! Still now sign of my money

I want my holiday refunded!!! Quick enough to take my money but are with holding my refund
