What happened

We booked a holiday in July 2019 and it got cancelled. We had a refund processed of our direct debits on the 9th June for £490. We put a deposit down on the holiday of £659.92 and are yet to have this back. 16 weeks later, Everyone keeps telling us it has been refunded but it hasn't as the account...

What I wish had happened

I just want my refund after 16 weeks. All I want is the money back. They should have to pay compensation but it's just not worth the hassle.

What I wish had happened

Claim forms to have been sent to the correct body to enable the claim to be resolved within a few weeks. TUI to take full responsibilty and do their job properly. Look after the customer.
