What happened

Holiday booked January 2020 for July 2020 but amended until July 2021 due to covid. Hotel is now closed until 2022 as confirmed by the hotel in email but TUI deny knowledge of this and say I have to wait to be contacted. Holiday balance is due in April and I’m currently on furlough but have to put...

What I wish had happened

Either a refund of my £400 deposit as the hotel has confirmed it is closed until 2022 or at the least a free amendment until next year

What happened

Delayed flight for 23 hours, they issued a cheque but I couldn’t bank it. I requested that they issue a new one and now they are saying I don’t have a claim and are ignoring my emails.

Incorrect information provided over the phone, however TUI advised phone calls not recorded and I’m a liar, customer service none existent now I’m financially out of pocket due to their mis information.
