What happened

3 different people 'cancelled an order and arranged a refund" this never happened. Then I was told i would receive a call back I haven't. I called and spent 45 minute talking to 5 different people to be told no manager so they can't help

What happened

I’ve bought in 1December 2020 a Mac laptop, which already has broken. It was tested by Genius Apple Store in Regent Street and they found out it should be repaired with high costs, around 400£. Which is more than frustrating. I’ve spent1000£ for a laptop which didn’t resist more than 1 year...

To have repaired the item on Curry’spends.
