What happened

Purchased a care plan but cancelled it within the time permitted. That was in July 2020.I have still not Reveived my refund over 7 months later

What happened

some time ago I purchased a washing machine from Currys. I was asked if I wanted an extended warranty to "give me peace of mind". It would cost £4.99p a month. Since that time I have paid over £500 for the warranty. It gave me peace of mind for ten years until Feb 2021 when the machine broke down....

What I wish had happened

They could have sent an engineer to inspect the machine in accordance with the warranty agreement.

What happened

Ordered 4 laptops due to be delivered via DPD. Items never received. Raised complains. 7 weeks on still no resolution and being passed around non-stop. Investigations done by DPD who’ve contacted me twice.

The items resend or arranged for collection at the time. Now I need the refund
