What happened

They offer a free flight rebooking until the end of the year. I tried to rebook my flight from July to September, an extra fee of £30 is added and 2x baggage fee £44.i tried to call/chat/ email them, no response. Now as its less than 7 days to my flight an extra fee is added which totals to £134 ...

What I wish had happened

I wish to speak with someone in the phone, explain the situation and be able to change my flight with no extra fees as this is not my foult that they could not help me rebook my tickets 7 days before the flight.

We were able to change flights as per the agreed terms and conditions. We were deducted another £390 for yet another Ryanair error.
